How to drink Trex Tea

• Stir 1 sachet into a cup of hot water (about 200 ml).

• Drink one cup about 1 hour before breakfast.

• Drink the second cup about 1 hour before dinner.

• Drink plenty of water during the day, about 2 litres for most adults.

Do not use more than 2 sachets a day. If you prefer a cold drink, dissolve the powder in hot water first and then add ice.

A realistic 30-day plan

Trex Tea works best as a fixed habit. Many customers drink it in place of a sugary snack or a second coffee. A warm cup before a meal also reminds you to eat more slowly. Keep your expectations realistic: no tea replaces balanced meals, regular movement and good sleep, and results differ from person to person.
